Refund & Deposit Policy

01 No Upfront Payment

Submitting a request, completing an order form, or booking a strategy call does not require any payment. All inquiries are reviewed before any financial commitment is requested.

02 Project Approval

Payment is only requested after the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are reviewed and approved by both RJM Nexus and the client.

03 Deposit Requirement

A 30% deposit is required to secure your project and begin implementation. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to allocate resources to your project.

04 Non-Refundable Deposit

Once a project is approved and the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. This is because planning, resource allocation, and initial work begin immediately.

05 Project Cancellation

If you choose not to proceed before making any payment, there are no charges.

If cancellation occurs after the project has started, no refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

06 Custom Services Policy

All services provided by RJM Nexus are customized to each client’s business. Due to the nature of digital services, once work has been initiated or delivered, it cannot be returned or resold.

07 Payment Disputes

By proceeding with payment, you agree to this policy. Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed directly with RJM Nexus before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

08 Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where RJM Nexus is unable to deliver the agreed service. Such cases will be reviewed individually.
